Kloudas & Associates Law Firm undertook to act for the credit institution “Post Bank” (under liquidation) in support of the indictment regarding the known case of bad loans, the hearing of which has been running since 19.09.2016 before the Athens Three-member Felonies Court of Appeals, with 35 individuals (known businessmen – borrowers and executives of the P.B.’s management) charged with perfidy and fraud.
