Kloudas & Associates Law Firm undertook the drafting and filing of an application for annulment before the Council of State against the Joint Ministerial Decision no. 36277/2016, by which restrictions were enacted as to the persons that may be licensed to set up a pharmacy, as well as to the persons who may participate in pharmacy operating companies, excluding, for instance, doctors, partners in pharmaceutical warehouses and in companies operating diagnostic medical centers and their relatives.
