SPYROS KLOUDAS
Spyros Kloudas was born in 1951 in Athens. He graduated from the University of Athens Law School. He is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1975. He is the legal counsel to several companies, while participating in the management of some, at the same time. He supervises all branches of the Office’s legal practice, while handling mainly criminal and commercial law cases. He is heavily involved in civic engagement activities, through his participation in the management and actions of the “Doctors of the World” NGO, having defended numerous cases of sociopolitical nature, pro bono. He has attended many conferences and has given lectures to post-graduate students of the Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences. He speaks English and French.
MAGDA KARANIKOLA
Magda Karanikola was born in Athens and graduated from the University of Athens Law School. She is a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1975. For many years, she was the Head of Labor Affairs and of the Litigation Department at the Legal Service of Hellenic Petroleum S.A. In our law firm, she is mostly handling civil, commercial and labor law cases. She speaks English.
GEORGE KLOUDAS
George Kloudas was born in Athens in 1976. He graduated from the University of Athens Law School. He holds a Diploma in Postgraduate Studies from the Criminal and Criminology Sciences Section of the Athens Law School, having written a dissertation on the subject of the “Penal treatment of the crimes regarding the misuse of inside information (Insider Trading)”. He is also a holder of the “Business Studies for Law Practitioners” Postgraduate Diploma of the Athens Laboratory of Business Administration (ALBA). He is a member of the Athens Bar Association since March 2001 and a member of the “Greek Criminal Lawyers Association”.
He is mostly handling criminal and civil law cases and supervises cases of the pharmacies’ and pharmaceutical companies’ branch of the Office. He speaks English and French.
ELENI DASKALAKI
Eleni Daskalaki was born in Athens in 1980. She graduated from the Law Department of the Democritus University of Thrace. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma from the Labor and Union Law Department of the University of Paris X- NANTERRE (DEA Droit Social et Syndical). She is a member of the Athens Bar Association since June 2006. She is mostly handling civil, commercial and labor law cases. She speaks English and French.
ATHENA LOUKOPOULOU
Athena Loukopoulou was born in Athens in 1986. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Democritus University of Thrace. She is a Member of the Athens Bar Association since September 2013. She is mostly handling commercial law cases and cases involving pharmaceutical companies and pharmacies. She speaks English, French and German.
KALLIOPI ANDREOGLOU
Kalliopi Andreoglou was born in Kavala in 1995. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a Postgraduate Studies Diploma from the Criminal and Criminology Sciences Section of the Athens Law School, having written a dissertation on the subject of “Active and passive bribery in the public health sector”. She has a Master in Commercial Law from the University of Paris 13. She is a member of the Athens Bar Association since December 2019. During her studies she was an active member of ELSA (European Law Schools Association) and participated in various conferences and workshops of legal interest. She is mostly handling criminal and civil law cases. She speaks English, French and German.
ATHINA KATSARELA
Athina Katsarela is a Lawyer, member of the Athens Bar Association, graduate of Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holder of a Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Banking & Financial Law (M.Sc. in Banking and Finance) of the Department of Banking and Financial Management of the University of Piraeus entitled “The Financial and Institutional Framework of the Money and Capital Markets”.
She mainly deals with cases of civil, corporate and banking law, mergers and acquisitions, financing, acquisition and management of real estate and modern financial securities, commercial and investment contracts and commercial law in general.
She speaks English and German.
DIMITRA SAKELLAROPOULOU
Dimitra Sakellaropoulou is a Supreme Court attorney at law, and a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2001. She graduated from the Law School of the University of Athens. She holds LL.M. and E.M.B.A. postgraduate degrees from the University of Münster, Germany.
She has worked with prominent law firms. She has extensive litigation experience in civil and commercial law cases and enforcement proceedings. She has represented and advised large commercial corporations, local authorities, ecclesiastical legal entities as well as public sector companies and organizations.
She is fluent in English, German and French.
